Ambassador visited Alma Mater the University of Tsukuba
On February 19, 2019, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to Japan Mr. Jalolov Mirzosharif visited alma mater the University of Tsukuba in Ibaraki Prefecture, where he met with university's President Prof Kyosuke Nagata and faculty members, as well as with students from Tajikistan who study in master and doctoral programs in this university.
During the meeting with Professor Kyosuke Nagata, the two sides exchanged views on the result of the visit of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan H.E. Mr. Emomali Rahmon to the University of Tsukuba (October 4, 2018), the status of bilateral cooperation and prospects for its development beetwen the University of Tsukuba and research and educational institutions of Tajikistan, as well as education and conditions of stay of Tajikistan students in the university.
At the meeting with compatriot students and doctorates participants disccused their living and studying conditions, study of exact sciences and obtaining the professional skills.
Ambassador of Tajikistan told the participants about the achievements of the country during the independence, initiatives of the President and Government activities aimed at supporting the youth of Tajikistan, and encouraged them to study well and adequately represent Tajikistan in Japan.
